[Issues] When trying to add a friend, this happens??

So when trying to add a friend from the MedFest rank screen, I get this weird bug. Sometimes I'll be able to click the "OK" and the game will function normally, sometimes it will crash. It seems to be random. Has this been happening to anybody else? I'm on Android 4.4 using a Galaxy Mini S4 if that matters.

Sorry if I'm doing something wrong, this is my first post on Reddit. Edit for formatting.
