[Help] A little help with CTDS

So, I have a problem.

Skyrim launches and I click my save. When it loads, everything seems fine. But then three seconds later, it crashes. I have tried everything I can find online, using LOOT, save cleaning, verifying my game cache, and many others. Nothing seems to be working. It crashes after a few seconds when the save finishes loading.

I use ENB, SKSE, Mod Organizer, LOOT, and TES5Edit. I have the ENBlocal.ini set up properly.
