Help! My makeup won't stay put no matter what I do!

I have always had this problem but since finding this sub I thought that switching my routines and products would help-so far it hasnt :( I used to never wear a primer or setting spray, I do now and those don't help whatsoever!

Here is my routine:

-Moisturizer, wait a few minutues and then either Nivea Post Shave or Hourglass Mineral Veil for primer

-NARS all day luminous foundation with a foundation brush

-Maybelliene Age rewind concealer under eyes with beauty blender

-LM setting powder with brush all over face, and with damp beauty blender under eyes

-MAC matte bronzer, too faced 16 hour blush, and mary lou manizer

-UD 24/7 eyeliner to tight line

-covergirl lash blast waterproof

-SOMETIMES a midend eyeshadow with either UDPP or Too Faced Shadow Insurance underneath

-NYX dewy setting spray

Within an hour the eyeliner has leaked onto my lower waterline and inner corners, I have mascara under my eyes, and my foundation comes off to reveal the redness and pimples underneath.

Any suggestions are welcome!
