Something nagging at me.

"That six-fingered nerd hasn't been himself for thirty years."

Granted, the shapeshifter is working off old info... But what is this line in reference to? Was Ford collaborating with Bill at that point (at the end, when the shifter was sealed up in the lab) and that's what he meant? Seeing Ford being possessed by Bill?

(I still wonder, given the multiverse, if the Ford that came through the portal is the exact same one that left, or if he was doing a Rick style "eh close enough" thing, too...)
