Admiral Shares vs. Investor Shares Price Difference

I noticed that the admiral and non-admiral shares of the same Vanguard fund have a significant price difference:

Admiral: VTIAX (currently at $24.47 a share)

Non-Admiral: VGTSX (currently at $14.63 a share)

Does anyone know why that is?
