Thanks to volunteers and cheering section for ottawa marathon

So I did the half marathon today and it was a really great atmosphere. Temperatures were pretty good after all, and the sprinklers and hoses were a wonderful addition.

I've never done the route before, but it's a delightful and nearly flat route. And the medal is pretty and spins!

The food options at the end werent the best, warm chocolate milk as the only drink option in the food station was killer....my half bagel was washed down by something that made it want to come right back up.

Was hapy with my 2:04 on almost no training.
