[TOMT][Commercial] Phone service from the 90s where you dial "00", featuring the song "Magic" by Pilot, specifically the lyrics "Oh oh oh it's magic!" with dialing sound effects in between

Possibly for a phone service offered by AT&T or Sprint. I can't remember what it did for you, but it could have been for making collect calls. You would dial 0-0 then the number that you were trying to reach.

All I can remember is the end of the commercial with the song and the sound effects.
