Tele Scrolls

As I play both Oldscape and RS3 i tend to mix them up quite frequently. One difference I've noticed is that there are some tele scrolls that OSRS has that RS3 doesn't. I was just wondering if there was a reason for this, and more importantly to me, could we have them added?
