1.0.51 patch for Kindle/Fire/IOS users live yet?

I've been waiting for the AppStore to update with the new patch so I can play the Red Skull battle, but being as its Sunday (and a holiday weekend to boot) I was wondering if its possible anyone on a tablet has been able to update with the new patch yet? It's not just me who has stalled out waiting for an update to continue the event?

I'm worried the patch won't be released til normal business hours start again on Tuesday and if there'll be enough time left for me to finish him off and unlock Bucky before the event ends.
