Basically the strategy is to power up Machamp EX quickly and have Ariados on the bench to poison him. Then use his second attack to deal at least 160 HP plus 10 for the poison damage. Other Machamp is a budget way to boost damage. I'm not worried about EX Pokemon since I just face my friends (and Machamp EX hits like a truck) but I would highly recommend Hawlucha. Cheap attack cost and free retreat is great.

The trainers are either what I have on hand or stuff to boost the damage output of Machamp EX. Since your damage is so high already Scorched Earth is preferred for draw support.
