When And How Eddie Got Into The House Theory

There's a quote in ZNS from Richtofen when pack a punching and it is said "Maxis, Samantha, Eddie they are safe Dempsey too maybe Takeo, oh Nikolai why must you fight it" the Nikolai part is interesting but another thing stands out to me. The part when he says "Maxis Samantha Eddy they are safe Dempsey too" why does he say these people are safe? the main theory is that Dempsey 1.0 is in the summoning key so he is safe but for some reason he doesn't say Richtofen. This could mean one of two things one is that for some reason Richtofen is not safe or the much more likely reason is that Eddie is Richtofen but this is still not the main focus. So if it's true that Eddie is Richtofen why was Eddy in the house in the Origins cutscene? If we didn't collected Richtofen's soul tell The Giant why was he in the cutscene? also remember that there was a two year gap between Origins and the Giant. One way to explain this is that the cutscene happened between The Giant and DE. But I'm not sure and I'd like to hear what everyone thinks.
