[FO4][HELP] My Creation Kit crashed when I saved my mod. Now my mod isn't showing up in the Data tab. Please help!

Hey everyone, I've been working on a mod for a few days now. Recently, I saved my mod, but the Creation Kit crashed during the save. When I reopened the application, my mod's file is no longer showing up under the Data available to be loaded. The esp is still in the Fallout 4 Data folder. Please, if you can help me out, I really don't want to lose all my work!
