The Mormon paradox of heaven: Whether or not the lower degrees of heaven are good enough depends on the conversation.

If you're talking about good people who haven't heard the Gospel when they die, then God has a beautiful plan to accept them into heaven in the Terrestrial or Telestial kingdom.

But they will never teach you to aim for anything but the Celestial kingdom, because the other two are essentially hell.

So are the Terrestrial and Telestial kingdoms heaven? Or hell?
