Some ROMs show up in ES others(PSX) don't. Help?

I just setup my RaspberryPi 3 with RetroPie, I added some ROMs via usb but the ROMs I added for PSX don't show up in emulation station, other ROMs did show up. They are in the correct folder.
When I first added the files I had a zip folder in with the PSX ROMs, could this have caused an error?
Edit: I have now also realised some of the other emulators I have ROMs for are no longer showing up.
Edit 2: I think the PSX issue may have been because I was using the wrong ROM file type, still not sure why the other stuff disappeared.
Edit 3: SOLVED, Issue managed to fix it's self after reloading the Pi and adding new ROMs
