Quickthoughts for IOS! - iTunes redeem only?

Downloaded it recently after reading how people have redeemed for AZ gift cards. Now that I'm close to reaching the $10 cashout I realize it seems IOS is for only iTunes cards.

I own a few Kindles. Can I log in to my IOS account that way to redeem to get the Amazon card?
