In the hole with money. Help!

I just checked my bank statement and I am about -$150.00 until Friday. My paycheck is about $1900 and some change. I have rent due this week and autopsy set up for all of my utilities. I asked my BF to borrow about $300.00 to cover me until then. I'm afraid anything that's withholding or outstanding will be added on to the balance. What do I do? How do I accrue enough over the next few paychecks so that I don't sink back in? Thanks in advance.
