Parenting Plan - [51M] seeking ideas to help my 5 yo son.

To those parents who have divorced with younger children : What did you put in your parenting plan that really helped you to protect your child(ren) from excessive control and manipulation I will expect from my STBX? I am entering the final phases of crafting a parenting plan, and for years my STBX Wife has been controlling and demanding of my child, critical of me in front of my child, and seemingly unable to detach from me even after our split. We have to help craft a plan together that allows for "Co-parenting", in effect finding consensus for raising my five year old son, whom we share 50/50. What worked for you, or, what did you wish you had negotiated? Please supply some specific language if you can, I hope to include the good ideas if they apply to my case. Thanks!
