A little welcome from the RNG

Just bought my first Dilithium character pack. I got two Winns (which is great, I didn't have her) and three Rifle Janeways. Which would be great - except I already have a two star Janeway.

So the question now is: is there any reason to keep two of her around? Is it better to get rid of the extras now, or will I get more out of her by merging her and keeping her around?
