I warn you to stay away from this refunder vendor,

this is the 2nd order he has let me down on after a month of pissing around. 3 weeks ago he said he would refund me in Alpha due to his unskilled refund technique, 3 weeks later and still pestering him he has ignored me and refuses to refund me 140 USD.
