Changed Ram in my MPB and now my HDD clicks every 10 sec

Hello!

I have a mid2010 MBP. Today i changed the 4gb ram to 8gb just to give a couple of months more life. I went to the store bought and it they switched it out for me.

Now that i turned it on my harddrive makes a click every 10 seconds. If i keep my palm on the left side of the macbook while i e.g. type i can feel a tap from the inside, almost like something falls in place.

does this mean my HDD is dying or could it be that the the backcover is loose or something? thx!

Edit; it wasnt actually the hdd, it was the fan. There was a big dust ball that blocked the spin and the click came from it trying to spin. Always do your own trouble shooting before listening to internet
