Math 447 seat (444 vs 447)

Hi, I was wondering how hard is it to get a seat in Math 447? Currently all three sections are full. I do have a seat in math 444 and would like to switch to 447 as I do plan to pursue a math minor (maybe even a double major). I've tried contacting my major advisers and the math department but haven't received any replies (I think my stat adviser might be gone for the summer).

Also, is it worth switching sections if I do have a seat in 444? I plan to go to grad school to study statistics. Is 444 enough preparation?
