[Tech Support/Please help!] Crashing upon startup after installing mods, they worked fine the night before.

MASSIVE EDIT: Problem is fixed now, LOOT ended up getting everything to work. Thanks, u/kathios and all the others who suggested it!

I don't know where else to post this, but to be safe I have this posted in r/falloutmods. I really need help because I have no idea what's going on.

I have the NV ultimate edition with all the DLC, NVSE, and FOMM. I've validated the cache, and nothing is working.

Basically, last night I installed some mods to go with DUST; and things worked fine until this morning. I've tried unchecking the mods I installed, but for some reason it still gives me a CTD.

Here's my load order, if anyone could help me I would really appreciate it:
