90s DOS game

Can anybody answer this? It's this game where you play as a stinky, blonde, long-haired guy and you go through this sewer or tunnel system fighting monsters with dirty socks and old pizza and snot. Something like that. In between stages is this Street Fighter like cut scene and dialogue between characters. (No further details on other characters apart from the one you play.)

Please note that it's been 20 or so years since I last played this game on my friend's PC and wasn't really able to go through more than a few stages so details are very vague.
