Xperia Z3/Z3+

Any advice from owners or people with more knowledge on the phones, I'm looking to pick up either the Xperia Z3 or Z3+ as my iPhone 5 replacement. Is the overheating really that bad on the Z3+? And does the Z3 have a similar overheating issue, thanks.
