Cant Find K98k, Mosin in Misery 2.1.1 with Armed Zone 1.7

I started a WW2 weapons only walkthrough and I cant find a sniper weapon. I have the STG-44 that I got in the beginning. Are there any stashes that has a broken K98k or something? Or is there any prerequisites for Beard or Owl to sell these weapons?

Also does anyone sell M1911? And is there a Luger in The Armed Zone addon?
