New Job, Filthy truck. Expectations too high?

Hey guys, So I just started at a new job, and the work itself seems pretty decent. The trucks are pretty new, and the coworkers... well they and the staff seem miserable for the most part. But that's not my issue. I was assigned a new 2015 volvo, which I will not be sharing/I'm the only driver, and it's filthy. All the surfaces are grimy with some brownish runny stains on them, the carpet is stained and has dirt/filth just grounded into it. Dirt on all the gauges, nooks, etc. It smells quite wretched as well. I really haven't taken a good look at the mattresses either. But they'll likely need a cleaning too. All told it'll likely take me a good 5-10 hours to get it clean, and who know how long to get it smelling decent. I live over an hour away from the depot for now, work mon-fri, and the company has said I can stay in the truck throughout the week. So to be given something this dirty seems a bit unusual to me.

This is my first time working for a container company (previous experience was oilfield and construction). Is this to be expected with trucks of this nature? My oilfield trucks were far cleaner, and we worked in the mud all the time. Should I expect to be paid to clean this newly assigned truck? I have a feeling that they will not be willing to pay me, which, if that is the case I think I'll just quit. I think I should be paid to clean someone else's filthy truck, is this too entitled of an opinion? I don't expect a truck in brand new clean condition, but I do expect it to be rather clean-ish and not smelling rank.
