Congrats on Fiz from a Miami Heat fan

Just wanted to let y'all know what a great coach you've landed. It is not an exaggeration to say he held the Heat together during the early LeBron years when it seemed like the entire team was falling apart. He's that rare coach who really knows his X's and O's but also unquestionably connects with players and commands their respect.

We're going to miss him a lot, but I couldn't be happier he finally got a well-deserved head coaching job. Good luck next season!
