"Want to be poly" feeling

I'm currently in situation, where I(M28) completely realised, that I'm polyamorous, but my wife(F29) is totally not(10 years together and have 5 year son). This came from alot of reading and talking on the subject. I know, people post happy mono/poly stories. But I'm not in the position to even try it, because I love my wife, I have no intention to bring down what we've built, and she doesn't feel she can even try(at least for now). I think and she acknowledge that it is a kind of insecurity/jealousy problem. She has no reason to doubt in me - I'm the honest being, u might ever meet. But also monogamy is or can be hardwired to some degree. Thanks to polyamory and enlightenment related reading we've come a long way in our relationship. Our communication and understanding of each other is totally on another level since one year ago. I see big progress my wife got thrugh - from non-acceptance to understanding. Who knows what comes IF and when she'll deal with her insecurity/jealousy.

My main point is: I came to realise, that I'm polyamorous, because I feel I can and love more than one being in my life. I constantly find myself attracted to another women and I feel I want to establish meaningfull connections. Sometimes it's eating me from inside, like starvation. I convince/calm down myself that it's physical, or at least partly so. I have bigger sexual drive than wife, but she is still sexy as hell to me, when she smiles. Sometimes I think it's because I have little to no meaningfull friends - even I and wife are almost opposites, but we compliment each other this way. On the other side I understand that "all is vanity" and I won't find anything trully different/better/unique than I already have or can't live without.

So the question is: What can you recommend to do, if I have this hollow space, this craving inside of me, that I can't fill or undo. If someone was or is in similar situation, what can u say about it?

Please do not suggest distracting on hobbies or something like that.
