Random OV Resets

Lately I have noticed that my OV entries have been reseting. I thought it was a once a day because usually I do 9 runs in the morning, AFK til afternoon, and come back from Warframe to see my OV entry for OV2 have all went back to 3/3/3. Today, it reset on my on it's own, twice. I ran Rang 9 time today with out the use of a reset ticket.

Is anyone else experiencing this glitch? Should I just shut up and not complain about more entries? LoL
