[Q] Can somebody be banned for this?

• Hello! Got an example, wanna know if that person can be banned. No, it's not me, it's pure hypotetically!

Example: A person gets a trade offer. A good one with great f*cking profit. He of course accepts it. Then the other person spams the add button, they talk the person with profit won't reverse the trade. The other person writes to the mod and the guy that accepted the offer gets perma ban here until the reverse of the trade. Note: the person that accepted did not know the b/o of that guy, nor he have seen his post.

• So would that guy (who accepted) be banned for a good reason? Fairly?
