I feel like a noob for this, but a quick question..

So, I've been vaping for a little over than a year, went through many mods, tanks, rdas etc.. But here's my dilemma.

I've been using a sigelei 150W TC as my main mod with a TFV4 at around 90-115W depending on how I'm feeling. It makes amazing clouds and I like it a lot.

Here's the question.. How come when I drop to 40-60W I get hardly any vapor production compared to my friends little mod at 24W? Like shouldn't I still get steady clouds that low? I seem to intake a lot of air and hardly any actual vapo

I'm usually at 0.15-0.25 ohms.
