CBR 250R randomly stalls

Hey guys i am having issues with my bike ill be cruising along with my friends and when i try to get on it the bike will get groggy after 1-2 seconds of hard throttle and will continue to act groggy until i kill it and restart the bike and rev it a few times, i have a feeling that its my O2 sensor, also its the fuel injected 2013 repsol edition 250R.

PLEASE HELP!!!
