Thoughts on this build from Craigslist sell

Hello! New builder here. I was wanting to build a pc but while searching for parts I found this. My original plan was to wait on the 1070 with a budget of around $1500 or less. My use would be for high end gaming with the intent of purchasing a good affordable 4k monitor. But if this is a good bang for my buck then, I'm all down for trying to get this.
