Circumventing Region Locks by Moving

I know that circumventing region locks by using vpn is against ToS, but how is the situation if i physically move to a different country where the game is not locked activate it there then move back and install the game on my home system which was not able to activate the game due to a region lock and never left that country,

Am i violating the ToS and will i be able to install the game on my home system
