Recycling an old AC unit

I need to get rid of a working AC unit that has developed black mold inside its guts. BGE won't collect it unless I have a fridge to dump at the same time. All the recyclers I'm finding specifically exempt themselves from freon.

Anyone know an HVAC or recycling company that will collect a working AC unit with a charge of R-22 and spare me trying to call everyone under the sun? The junk removal guys I'm seeing want like $100 for the privilege of getting scrap metal and freon.

EDIT / UPDATE: Dropped it off at 6101 Bowley's Lane. Be aware that the location Google shows is off by about 200' and puts you at the wrong end of the facility with no crossing to the correct side.
