Return first cell in a row based on a rank

I have an array of values and I am looking for the 385th largest value in it. When I find that value, I would like for the formula to return the value in column A. Every single VLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH formula I try will create an error. The error message is that the formula cannot find the value. I am creating the value like this:

LARGE($D:$BJ,385)

I am then searching that array for that value but it cannot find it (strange).

Any help would be appreciated.
