Testing bootcamp? Bad idea?

Hello people, i'm thinking about attending a testing bootcamp. Is it bad idea to get a job as a software tester this way?

In the end all i get is just one certificate and 1 month internship if im good (and lucky) enough, they will help me with finding a job but still. Will that be enough for employers to hire me? There is no portfolio for software testers and im afraid that only certificate won't be enough. Should I just go for some dev bootcamp?
