Is modern u/g infect still top tier with no noble hierarchs?

I'm building u/g infect and the noble hierarchs are too expensive. I can also only afford 2 inkmoth Nexus. Will the deck still be top tier and powerful at fnm?

I'm using the mtggoldfish list with no noble hierarchs and only 2 inkmoth Nexus. I didn't get all the fetches expect I'm using 4 Windswept Heath, 1 Polluted delta, and 1 wooded Foothills. I also removed 2 spells kite from Sideboard. Im pretty sure I ant to keep 1 in main board. Should I remove anything for inkmoth?
