What do I need to buy when MK3 hits?

So, I've been slowly amassing and painting my Cygnar and Circle armies in preparation of the new edition. I know I'll need my Faction Decks, but do I need to buy both Battle Boxes as well, just to get the rule books? I have zero desire to buy the hardcover pretty versions. Will the rules be downloadable from Privateer Press?
