does no one use chat?

I'm not even talking about team coordination, but coming from games like CSGO and TF2 it's really strange how no one ever uses it. I was expecting the usual things like "Can't carry hard enough", "You guys suck so hard" or "Cyka blyat" but I was disappointed.

Is this just an EU thing or am I just really (un)lucky?
