[orgasm trouble] pornography not doing it for me anymore

Maybe this is the wrong sub but.. I have become extremely bored of pronography, I just haven't found anything that has excited me enough to get off in quite a while. For a while I found respite in erotic lit. but even now that's become incredibly boring.

Problematically I struggle to ejaculate without the aid of some sort of pornography/erotica but I still frequently become horny and erect. It is very frustrating.

So I guess what I'm asking is how do I spice things up? Or more generally what the fuck should I do?

(Sex with a partner is also probably out of the question at the moment too as I'm in my late 20s and there just isn't a lot of eligible ladies in my area and I'm far too risk adverse for certain encounters.)
