Torbjörn feels really awful to play against

I'm probably going to get downvoted to high hell for saying this, but he just really feels awful to play against in his current state, and not because he's OP.

His defenses take so much effort to take down, between picking the right character (Currently, it seems like only a few characters can even take the turrets down effectively), outdamaging Torbjörn's healing, and avoiding the aggro from the turret itself, all while making sure the other 5 enemies don't kill you first.

Yet, for all the effort it takes to down these turrets, he just builds them back up very quickly. As such, playing against him essentially means that you're spending most of the game taking down turrets, rather than doing something fun.

He's not broken, or even strong, but it just feels very wrong for a character to singlehandedly make the game less fun for everyone else.

And I know what everyone's going to say. "Just pick Genji, Widow, Junkrat, etc.", but that's not the point. Yes, these characters can destroy his defenses, but the problem is that he builds them back up so quickly that playing against a Torbjörn means that you'll often have to dedicate all or most of your time to taking out turrets, which might just be the most boring thing ever.
