Help i left my sunroof open !

i left my sunroof open last night and it rained of course so this morning before leaving work i noticed my seats where damp not soaking so at this point im thinking about just leaving the car windows shut and having the heat of this day dry the car out am i wrong? what should i do ? p.s also my car now smells a little like wet wash cloth how can i fix that ?
