A stupid idea for Jhin from a guy who loves armorpen.

So like, I love armor pen and dislike crit so I'm in a bit of a pickle. I'm a Draven, Jhin, MF main who has always favored armorpen instead of crit and i try to build armor pen on those champs as much as possible. (No crit builds are the best) So obviously because i like armorpen i like The Black Cleaver too and I'd like to build it on Jhin, thoughts? I appreciate all kinds of answers.
