The computer won't respond...

There were two volunteers that were given a "make work" data entry job at the agency where I worked IT. They were kinda like Statler and Waldorf from the Muppets. One would feed the data from a printed spreadsheet to the other, who would operate the computer and enter the data into our records system. One day I walked down the hall to the men's room and saw the two of them struggling. One of them looked up and called my name "we've been here for about twenty minutes and the computer won't respond". I looked at the desk and saw him wiggle the mouse. There was a keyboard and a monitor but a big gaping hole where the actual desktop box was supposed to be. "Gentleman, the computer is missing. (IT partner name) must have taken it for repair." They were sitting in front of a keyboard, mouse, and monitor with no computer attached just waiting for it to "respond". They chuckled for a minute and then found another work station. God bless 'em.
