Introduce the loss prevention feature from BO3

So there's this handy feature where if you join a game in progress and lose then it doesn't count as a loss which would come in very handy in Destiny where you'll tend to join many games in progress and some in hopeless cases where there's no hope of coming back especially in Rumble.

This tends to turn off most players and cause them to leave further but introducing this might entice players to stay to the end and get rewards without the annoyance of having to get a loss.
