Dominion Tower Efficiency Help

Looking to grind out last few hours of the weekend, I have 0 points and have never did Dominion Tower. I sit at about 350 Qps, so most bosses will be available. I am hoping i can accomplish some gloves and Dread-nips before weekends over. Is this possible?

I wonder what my fastest method of reaching my goals would be? What mode, exc. I am rookie to this mini game so be detailed please. Thanks in advance!
