[Ask] When is it time to start a feeder clan?

Recruitment is going well. We're staying just under 50 members. Some are more serious about war and some are more like casual farmers. With the Clan Level system having been around awhile and we're now CL7. When do you think is the right time (if at all) to start a second feeder clan or farming clan?

Which clan would you keep as the main war clan? The original CL7 that has those benefits or the new clan that doesn't the clan level bonuses?
