AngularJS 2.0 quickstart example - how to remove loading screen?

I am learning AngularJS following the official tutorial: https://angular.io/docs/ts/latest/quickstart.html The first example http://plnkr.co/edit/?p=preview shows a loading page while the page is loading. IMO this is a bad practice, and I am sure that I've visited sites using Angular that did not have a loading page.

How can I make an Angular page without a loading screen? Any good examples/tutorials? Or every Angular page has a loading screen?
