Budget question about wwoofing through Central America

Hello, I'm from Europe and I'm learning permaculture. I would like to travel and get more practical experience by volunteering. I'd like to wwoof in Central America, maybe from Belize to Panama. I already have made a map of projects I'd like to visit.

Would 4000 euros last me longer than with regular backpacking? More than 4 months? I'll be staying in farms most of the time, spending more time in each country than I would if I wasn't volunteering. Some places ask for a small amount of money per day for food but still that's less than the average 20$ or more per day for non wwoofers that I've seen on travel blogs.

If I don't spend much money outside wwoofing, then transportation would be the main cost, I think. How long do you think this amount of money could last me? How much would I need for 10-12 months? Any estimates?
